In this episode we talk with Steven Ryan from Sydney. Steven has a 1-bdr apartment and he rents it out in a very creative way. He has three listings: his entire unit, his bedroom and his couch. He prefers to share his apartment with his guests as he enjoys getting to know them.
Steven had the honour of being invited by Airbnb to run a workshop in Nov 2014 at the inaugural Airbnb Open in San Francisco, so he has plenty of great advice to share.
