Multiple Platform Synchronization and Unified Inbox
IGMS is a great tool for hosts managing multiple listings on key booking platforms: Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com.

Work orders can be used to create specialized tasks for cleaners and service (repairs) teams, and this schedule can be shared amongst the team members, even if they do not have an account with iGMS – as a link. iGMS also offers check-lists for your cleaners’ convenience. This way they can check what needs to be in stock for the next guest.
All work orders can be viewed in the task list, which can be detailed by property with existing work orders or by work order status. Once complete, you will receive a report, making it a great way to track progress.
One of my favorite features is To-do notes. This little tool allows you to pin a yellow sticky note or task to reservations, so it is easily visible, and all team members can keep up with the status of specific tasks.
Financial Reporting and Dashboards
Tracking financials is really simple with iGMS and is a great alternative to Excel and other accounting software.
The software pulls in your reservations and outlines all details including the total amount paid, outgoings, and other fees such as cleaning.
The report can be exported to CSV, so it's easy to convert or transfer the data into Excel if needed.
