    Thanks for the tip. Very good information. I have a guide book in the works but your suggestions really help. Also the tip about using the outlook signatures. I have just used them for signatures. Now this opens a whole new plan for canned things that I say over and over and I won’t have to copy and paste. Keep up the good work.

    Hi Jasper. Let me get this right. Normally it appears I can’t put in a website address or phone number in my email message to a guest before arrival. Are you saying if we use anchor text rather than a web address it will work?

    Or does your drop box link only work because it is in your signature rather than the text body?

      Hi Peter,

      if you send an email it shouldn’t be a problem, but if you message the guest on the Airbnb platform then it will be hidden (even if you respond by replying to the email that you get when your guest messages you.)

      Does that make sense?
