Anwar heard about Airbnb while driving his Uber. He started out renting out one room with just a mattress and used the money he made to improve the room and eventually adding more listings.
He now has a total of 14 listings and he spends most of his time managing them. Anwar not only rents out rooms, but also a “man cave,” an art gallery and a game room.
Anwar's listings are all located in or near Wicker Park, a really cool neighborhood in Chicago.
