In this episode we talk with Pieter Schols, an Airbnb host from Amsterdam. Pieter has done extensive research into the legal aspects of hosting in Amsterdam and he organizes workshops to educate other Airbnb hosts in Amsterdam about this.
Pieter also has some good advice for our listeners and it's inspiring to hear that not only does he cover the mortgage of the house he rents out but also the rent of the home where he lives. In other words, he has no accommodation expenses!
